Epoxy Mortar Systems

Epoxy Mortar Systems are a ¼” thick high-build floor system that combines an epoxy resin with silica aggregate to create a durable epoxy mortar floor which is then grouted with an epoxy resin and sealed with a solid color epoxy top coat. The epoxy mortar system can also be top coated with a high chemical resistance coating. The top coat can be a high gloss finish or a matte or satin finish. This system is typically used in animal facilities, packaging plants, pharmaceutical processing areas, food and beverage facilities, and storage areas.

Urethane Mortar System

Urethane mortar systems are a ¼” thick low odor mortar applied floor topping for use in high abuse service areas by combining a urethane resin with silica aggregate to create a highly durable and highly chemical resistant floor system. The Urethane mortar system is designed specifically for use in food and beverage facilities, pharmaceutical and processing areas, commercial and restaurant kitchens or anywhere that the floor could be suspect to chemicals or thermal shock due to hot liquids and aggressive cleaning procedures. Urethane systems also cure out quicker than epoxy floor systems and can be turned over within hours of installation.
